I rescind my previous statement. Should have listened to the rest of part 2 where it was said that its up to iNcontrol as to whether he wants to go back to SOTG. I doubt he will now that he has a commitment to ITG and needs more time to play, but I am glad it is up to him as I think it should be. Plus now I don't feel like I should boycott EG sponsors, which is good since I want to buy i7s :D Sorry for the hasty post.

I want to start off saying I love djWheat and ITG, but the community lost when iNcontrol went to ITG and dropped SOTG. It may have not been directly the cause, but the sponsor issue was what started it. You can't say that wasn't the reason. ITG didn't exist according to you until the sponsor issues came up. It doesn't matter that they aren't currently an issue. That is what caused it, and frankly it pisses me off. You see the list of sponsors at the right of the EG website? Since I don't know which sponsor he was talking about, that whole list will have to suffice as to who I am now boycotting. Looks like my new work PCs I plan on purchasing in 2 months will be AMD instead of the usual Intel. I understand sponsors are a necessary evil, but they don't actually have to BE evil. They may be paying your way, but at the point where they get in the way and ruin my experience I have to stand up and vote with my dollars (and in this case many of my company's dollars).
